Cinematic Astro site with generative video hero for a tech consultancy

The client needed a brand-forward site that stood out without knowing which visual direction to commit to. We solved that with ten distinct demos in one session, then built the winner with a generative AI video hero loop.

10 demo concepts. Winner circled. Final site built same day.

The problem

A tech consultancy wanted a brand-forward site that stood out in a commoditised market. The blocker: they did not know which visual direction to commit to, and they had been burned before by a design process that ended in a Figma file they did not understand and could not evaluate.

Ten demos in one session

We built ten distinct Astro demo concepts in a single session, covering a wide range of visual directions: dark premium, editorial light, terminal aesthetic, geometric minimal, bold typographic, cinematic gradient, monochrome architectural, and several others.

All ten were shipped over HTTPS for evaluation. The client could open each one in a browser, scroll through, and feel the difference. Not mood boards. Not screenshots. Live sites.

Direction was locked in one meeting. No rounds of revision on a direction nobody was sure about.

Generative video hero

The winning direction needed a hero that moved. We generated a looping video sequence using LTX-2 with a web and code visual theme: flowing light patterns, abstract circuit motifs, technically-flavoured without being literal. The video was processed to loop seamlessly and compressed for web delivery without blocking the initial page load.
